You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, or to abuse or overload our services (including automated or bot traffic beyond normal browsing).

Content and agent responses on the Site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice. Specific advice is provided only under a separate engagement. Outcomes depend on your situation; we make no guarantees about results.

4. Consultations and engagements

Booking a consultation or submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. Any consulting services are subject to a separate agreement. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue engagements at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including text, layout, and branding) are owned by Flipmode or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flipmode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any reliance on its content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
